We go out of our way to ensure that they are designed and built to be just what you need and to help make the management of diabetes easier. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the basics on how the return of POGO Automatic® products for a refund works.
Items purchased from the POGO Store:
If you are not satisfied with your POGO Automatic® Blood Glucose Meter purchased from the POGO Store for any reason, please contact Customer Support at email@example.com or 1-855-IMI-POGO (1-855-464-7646), with your order number within fifteen (15) calendar days of your order.
Refunds are only available for purchased unopened POGO Automatic® Blood Glucose Meters. The tamperproof seal on the POGO Automatic® Blood Glucose Meter box must be intact for the meter to be refunded.
Refunds are summarized below:
- To qualify for a refund you must contact Intuity Medical Customer Support with your order number within fifteen (15) calendar days of your order.
- Your POGO Automatic® product needs to be returned within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date you receive your Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from Customer Support.
- Refunds will include the purchase price and sales tax for qualified items, less a restocking fee of $10.
- Refunds can only be processed to the same credit card used during the purchase.
POGO Automatic® Test Cartridges are considered medical supplies and therefore not eligible for return for a refund unless they are defective.
POGO Automatic® Test Cartridge and Coaching from POGO Automatic® subscriptions:
Subscription cancellations for POGO Automatic® Test Cartridges or Coaching from POGO Automatic® plans must be made prior to your next scheduled charge date.
Please note that once the order renewal on your subscription plan has been processed, it cannot be canceled or returned for a refund.
Warranty and Replacements:
Something Wrong with Your POGO Automatic® Product(s)?
We offer customers who buy a new POGO Automatic® Blood Glucose Meter a one-year warranty. Your new meter is covered if it has not been modified, altered, or misused. Under this warranty, we will replace your meter if it is defective in material or workmanship. If you have an issue, please contact Customer Support at firstname.lastname@example.org. Detail the issue and provide your order number.
If any of the products you purchased arrive or become defective during the warranty period due to a manufacturing or shipping issue, we will gladly replace them. Please email email@example.com. Detail the issue and provide your order number.
